Landermere Farm Building 3a, Variation of current Premises Licence

LICENSING ACT 2003 TAKE NOTICE that East Coast Distillery Ltd has applied to Tendring District Council as the Licensing Authority for the Tendring District for the variation of the Premises Licence held in in respect of East Coast Distillery situated at Landermere Farm Building 3a, Landermere Hall Farm, Thorpe Le Soken, Essex, CO16 0NJ.

We are applying to vary our licence so it runs from 10:00hrs until 22:00hrs Thursday, Friday and Saturday for the sale of alcohol on and off the premises. All other activities and days are remaining the same. Any person wishing to lodge a representation concerning this application may send this, in writing, to Tendring District Council, Licensing Section, Town Hall, Station Road, Clacton on Sea, CO15 1SE or deliver this personally to the Council Offices at Tendring District Council, Licensing Section, Town Hall, Station Road, Clacton on Sea, CO15 1SE where the Public Register is available and may be viewed during normal office hours. Any such representation must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than 30/09/2022.

Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and there is a maximum fine of £5,000 for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence
