Empire Cinemas Basildon, Premises Licence Application

Application has been made by Basildon Centre 2 Limited to the Licensing Authority of Basildon Council for an application for a Premises Licence for Empire Cinema, East Square, Basildon, SS14 1HS.
Application is submitted to permit the following licensable activities Sunday to Tuesday from 0900 to 0100 and Wednesday to Saturday 0900 to 0400:
- Sale of Alcohol;
- Late Night Refreshment; and
- Regulated entertainment in the form of plays, films, live music, recorded music, performance of dance and anything of a similar description.

Any person wishing to make a representation can do so in writing to The Licensing Authority, Basildon Council, The Basildon Centre, St. Martin's Square, Basildon, Essex, SS14 1DL. Interested parties or responsible authorities can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 14 September 2022. It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with a licence application and is subject to a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
