STOPPING UP OF FOOTPATH (KILMARNOCK ROAD, MAUCHLINE) ORDER 2022

East Ayrshire Council hereby give notice that they have made an order under Section 208 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 authorising the permanent diversion of the footpath at: KILMARNOCK ROAD, MAUCHLINE
The section of footpath between Kilmarnock Road and Netherplace will be permanently stopped up to allow for the development of 16 residential units, as a result of planning application 21/0578/PP.

Copies of the Order and relevant plan specifying the path to be stopped up and the permanent diversion route to be put in place are available at the link below.
