ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
(TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS) 2022
GARBUTT SQUARE, DARLINGTON

Darlington Borough Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be:
NO WAITING AT ANY TIME Garbutt Square, the south side, from a point 10 metres west of its junction with Neasham Road to the western end of the street The Order is necessary:
1. for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising; and
2. for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs

The maximum duration of the temporary restrictions under this Order is 18 months commencing from 9th September 2022.
