NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Mr Tingo Omar applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 18/08/2022 for a licence to use the premises at Top Market European Food Store, 534-538 Little Horton Lane, BD5 0PA for retail of alcohol Mon - Sun 24 hours per day.

Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HX by 15/09/2022. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 16.30 Friday.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000.
