Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that T'Bridge Cafe Limited has applied in respect of the Fawkes & The Tiger, 32 Stonegate Street, York, YO1 8AS for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
Recorded music and the supply of alcohol from 08.00 hours until 00.00 hours daily. Late night Refreshment from 23.00 hours until 00.00 hours daily. To permit all licensable activity from the end of permitted hours New Year's Eve until the start of permitted hours New Year's Day. To allow the premises to open 30 minutes after licensable activities cease.

Email licensing@york.gov.uk Representations must be received by no later than 21 September 2022, being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made.
