(Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) aAmendment No.23) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3),
3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1),45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order: 'No Waiting at Any Time' Restrictions on the following lengths of road, Kirby Cross, in the District of Tendring.

B1033 Thorpe Road
NORTH SIDE: From a point in line with Thorpe Road the eastern kerb line of Barn Owl Road, west for a distance of approximately 24.80 metres.

WEST SIDE: Front a point in line with the Road north western boundary of property number 169 Thorpe Road, in a northerly, then westerly direction into Thorpe Road, for a distance of approximately 31.45 metres.

EAST SIDE: Front a point in line with the north western boundary of property number 169 Thorpe Road, in a northerly, then easterly direction into Thorpe Road, for a distance of approximately 29.75 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into 'The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019' by substituting map tile: TM205 210 Revision 0 to Revision 1.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 8 September 2022.

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Cherry Tree Avenue/Leas Road, Clacton on Sea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cherry Tree Avenue/Leas Road, Clacton on Sea in the District of Tendring, from the junction with Arnold Road to the junction with Crown Road a distance of approximately 355m.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th September 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2331243 - Essex County Council).
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Arnold Road, Crown Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 25th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
