REASON FOR INQUIRY: Appeal by Inland Homes

Relating to Planning Application 21/01687/FULL submitted to Basildon Borough Council for: Demolition of Maitland Lodge and the construction of 47 new homes (Class C3) with vehicular access onto Southend Road, together with associated infrastructure and landscaping works.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.
