Order made: to close that part of C2223 Bricklehampton
To B4084 Evesham Road from its junction with U46618
The Lane for a distance of 125 metres in a Northerly direction.
Reason: Broken/rooted connection to be replaced by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2223 Bricklehampton to B4084 Evesham Road, C2007 Little Comberton to Elmley Castle, C2007 Pershore Road, C2124 Wick Road, B4084 Evesham Road, C2223 Bricklehampton to B4084 Eesham Road and vice versa.

(B4085 Blackminster, Offenham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of B4085 Blackminster from its junction with C2047 Station Road to its junction with U45208 Clayfield Road.
Reason: Railway maintenance (level crossing) by Network Rail.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4085 Cleeve Road, B4510 Cleeve Road to Three Cocks Lane, B4510 Evesham Road, B4510 Offenham Road, B4035 Badsey Road, B4085 Birmingham Road and vice versa.

Order made: to close that part of B4085 Blackminster from its junction with C2047 Station Road to its junction with U45208 Clayfield Road.
Reason: New/replacement water main by Amey PLC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4085 Cleeve Road, B4510 Cleeve Road to Three Cocks Lane, B4510 Evesham Road, B4510 Offenham Road, B4035 Badsey Road, B4085 Birmingham Road and vice versa

Order made: to close that part of U44693 Asparagus Way from its junction with U44692 Millennium Way Roundabout to its junction with Bramley Drive (NSG 45405687).
Reason: Lay new ducting by Instalcom Limited. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Bramley Drive (NSG 45405687), U44695 Enterprise Way, U44692 Millennium Way and vice versa.

(C2109 Sidings Road to Station Road, Pirton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: to close that part of C2109 Sidings Road to Station Road from its junction with C2202 Hill Road to its junction with C2109 Mill Lane. Reason: Level crossing maintenance by Network Rail. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2109 Sidings Road, C2109 Pirton to Croome D'Abitot, C2056 Croome D'Abitot to Lincolns Farm, C2056 Rebbeca Road, U47624 Crabbe Lane, C2100 Besford Road, C2109 Mill Lane and vice versa. Proposed Order: to close that part of U46432 Boon Street from its junction with U46431 Station Road to its junction with U46435 Hammock Road. Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.

Proposed Order: to close that part of U45402 West End Lane from its junction with B4632 Cheltenham Road for a distance of 560 metres in an East, South Easterly direction.
Reason: New/replacement gas main by Wales and West
Utilities.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

(Footpath HV-507, Harvington) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on 24 February 2022 the effect of which is to close that part of Footpath HV-507, Harvington for its entire length which was due to expire on 3 September 2022 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 3 July 2023 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary of State. The Order has been made to allow for construction of a housing development.
Alternative route: C2011 Village Street, U44015 Ragley Road, U44012 Hughes Lane, HV-512 and vice versa.

High Street, Link Footpath F40878 Market Place,
U44521 Bridge Street, Evesham) (Temporary Closure & Temporary Suspension of One-Way) Order 2022 Proposed Order: to close various roads and a footpath as follows:-

(a) U44402 Merstow Green - for its entire length.

(b) A4184 Vine Street - from its junction with Merstow Green roundabout to its junction with the High Street (closed southbound).

(c) A4184 High Street - from its junction with Vine Street to its junction with Oat Street (closed southbound).

(d) Link Footpath F40878 Market Place - for its entire length.

(e) U44521 Bridge Street - from its junction with the High Street to its junction with Mill Street.

Suspend the One-Way Order on:
(f) U44519 Mill Street for its entire length. It will be

made into a two-way traffic with temporary traffic light control
The Order is being made to facilitate the Annual Mop Fair. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
4 days. Commencing Wednesday 28 September 2022 (6pm) - Sunday 2 October (2am).
