Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(Various Roads, Shenstone) (30 & 40 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2022
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to update the speed limit on the following length of road in Shenstone to 40 miles per hour:
UC13618: From its junction with A450 Worcester Road for a distance of 70m in a south easterly direction. UC13619 Heath Lane: From its junction with A450 Worcester Road for a distance of 200m in a north westerly direction. A450 Worcester Road: From a point 60m south west of its junction with UC13619 Heath Lane in a north easterly direction to a point 105m north east of its junction with UC13618. C2187 Butts Lane: From its junction with A450 Worcester Road for a distance of 55m in a northerly direction.
30 miles per hour: C2187: From its junction with A450 Worcester Road to a point 250m east of its junction with UC13616. UC13614 Witch Lane: From its junction with C2187 for a distance of 275m in a southerly direction. UC13616: From its junction with C2187 for a distance of 405m in a southerly direction. UC13617 Shenstone Village Road: For its entire length. UC13618: From a point 70m south east of its junction with A450 Worcester Road to its junction with C2187.
Revocations: Various Roads, Shenstone, Restricted Roads and 40 MPH Speed Limit

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to vary the speed limit on the following length of road in Chaddesley Corbett, Bluntington and Tanwood to 30 miles per hour:
A448: From a point 460m south east of its junction with C2082 Fox Lane, in a north westerly then northerly then westerly direction to a point 110m west of its westerly junction with UC13610. C2017: From its junction with A448 in a northerly then north easterly direction to a point 230m north east of its junction with UC13605 Woodrow Lane. UC13605 Woodrow Lane: From a point 75m north west of its junction with C2017 Drayton Road in a south easterly then easterly direction to a point 395m east of its junction with C2017 Drayton Road. UC13606 The Crescent: For its entire length. UC13607 Malvern View: For its entire length. UC13608 The Green: For its entire length. UC13609 Hemming Way: For its entire length.

(Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2022 (Prohibition of Waiting on Baldwin Road, Stourport-on-Severn)
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to Revoke Limited Waiting 1 Hour No Return 2 Hour Mon-Sat 8am-6.30pm and replace with No Waiting 8am- 6.30pm on the following length and side of road in Stourport-on-Severn:-
Baldwin Road (North Side): From a point 124m west of its junction with Mill Road for a distance of 24m in a westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

(U13605 Tanwood Lane, Chaddesley Corbett) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Proposed Order: to close that part of U13605 Tanwood Lane from its junction with U13604 Sink Road to its junction with C2017 Drayton Road. Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Kidderminster Road, C2059 Woodcote Lane, U13605 Chaddesley Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 27 September 2022.

(U40033 Hartlebury Trading Estate, Hartlebury) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of U40033 Hartlebury Trading Estate from its junction with C2144 Crown Lane for a distance of 970 metres in a Northern direction closure and the remainder of U40033 Hartlebury Trading Estate in a North Easterly direction. Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2144 Crown Lane, A449 Crown Lane roundabout, A449 Worcester Road, C2030 Old Worcester Road, C2030 Station Road, C2030 Walton Road, Hartlebury Trading Estate Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 nights (19:00-05:00) Commencing: 5 September 2022.

(U10304 Springhill Rise, Bewdley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of U10304 Springhill Rise from its junction with U10306
Shaw Hedge Road to its junction with U10305 Wassell Drive.
Reason: Washout installation by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U10306 Shaw Hedge Road, U10307 All Saints Avenue, U10305 Wassell Drive and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 5 September 2022.

(B4188 Belbroughton Road, Broome) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: to close that part of B4188 Belbroughton Road from its junction with A450 Worcester Road to its junction with U12078 Gladstone place. Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A456 Birmingham Road, A456 Kidderminster Road South, A450 Worcester Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 5 September 2022.

(U10227 Dog Lane, Bewdley) (Temporary Closure) and The Count of Hereford and Worcester (Severnside North) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1991 (Temporary Suspension) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of U10227 Dog Lane from its junction with B4194 Dowles Road to its junction with U10227 Severn Side north and temporarily suspend The County of Hereford and Worcester (Severnside North) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1991 for the duration of the Order to facilitate two-way traffic. Reason: New/replacement electricity cable by Western Power Distribution. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Rescinding One Way order on Severnside North betweeen 18:00 and 06:00 each day to provide access and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 8 nights (18:00-06:00) Commencing: 5 September 2022.

(C2196 Buckeridge Lane, Rock) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of C2196 Buckeridge Lane from its junction with
U10004 Pound Bank to its junction with A456 Tenbury Road.
Reason: Safe working for customer connection by BT.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A456 Tenbury Road, U10004 Pound bank and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 5 September 2022.

(C2196 Buckeridge Bank, Rock) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of C2196 Buckeridge Bank from its junction with
U10004 Pound Bank to its junction with C2131 Ranters Bank & C2131 Beach Hay.
Reason: Safe working for new customer connection by Openreach.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U10004 Pound bank, A417 Cleobury Road, C2131 Ranters bank,
C2196 Buckeridge bank and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 5 September 2022.

(U10303 Queensway, Bewdley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of U10303 Queensway from its junction with
B4190 Kidderminster Road to its junction with U10304 Springhill Rise.
Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4190 Kidderminster Road, B4190 Habberley Road, C2129 Trimpley Lane, U10308 Cordle Marsh Road, U10303 Queens Way and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 26 September 2022.

(C2200 Chaddesley Road, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2200 Chaddesley Road from its junction with A449 Chester Road North to its junction with A448 Comberton Road. Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A448 Comberton Road, A449 Chester Road North and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 26 September 2022.

(A451 Stourport Road and B4549 Sutton Park Road, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: Closure 1: To close that part of A451 Stourport Road from its junction with A4535 Sutton Road to its junction with A4420 Silverwoods Way. Closure 2: To close that part of B4549 Sutton Park Road from its junction with A451 Stourport Road to its junction with U12100 Connaught Avenue & U12045 Reservoir Road. Reason: Drainage work/flood alleviation by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Diversion 1/Closure 1: A4420 Silverwood Way, A442 Worcester Road, A451 The Ringway, A451 Stourport Road and vice versa Diversion 2/Closure 2: B45491 Sutton Park Road, A456 Bewdley Hill, A45351 Sutton Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 6 days Commencing: 26 September 2022.

(U12156 Worcester Street, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: to close that part of U12156 Worcester Street from its junction with
U12147 Prospect Hill to its junction with U12155 High Street.
Reason: To cut off gas supply by Cadent Gas Ltd.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U12155 Oxford Street, A451 The Ringway, U12160 Blackwell Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 5 September 2022.
