Notice is given that Kingston Bagpuize Cricket Club and Kingston Colts Football Club have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed licensable activities are: The
sale of alcohol to members and guests on premises from18.00 to 22.30 on Mondays to Fridays and 12.00 to 22.30 on Saturdays and Sundays.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
