Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the above named deceased late of 66 Byfletts, Basildon, Essex. SS16 4LG who died on 19th April 2013 is required to send written particulars to Messrs Penmans of 83a St Johns Way, Corringham , Essex. SS17 7LL by 18th October 2013, after which date the Administrators will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to claims and interest of which have then had notice.
