BOURNEMOUTH, CHRISTCHURCH AND POOLE COUNCIL

(PARKING REGULATION, ON-STREET PARKING PLACES AND OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2021 NOTICE OF VARIATION (NO. 1) 2022

Notice is hereby given that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, in exercise of its powers under Sections 35C and 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and in accordance with Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996, intends to vary the charges for Off-Street Parking Places and On-Street Payment Parking Places as shown in the Schedule to this Notice. These changes will come into effect on 19 September 2022.

Any charges not shown in the Schedule to this Notice remain unchanged. In all other respects, the provisions of the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (Parking Regulation, On-Street Parking Places and Off-Street Parking Places)
