trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Penfro wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991.
Mae'r Gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol fel y gellir gwneud gwaith torri coed. Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd gwahardd dros dro pob traffig cerbydol a thraffig nad yw'n gerbydol ac eithrio cerbydau eithriedig rhag mynd ar hyd llwybr cyhoeddus PP28/15yn Nhiryr Hen Felin, Hwlffordd - o'i gyffordd a Crow Hill i bwynt ger y bont sy'n arwain tuag at Ddol y Bont.
Bydd y llwybr amgen ar gyfer cerddwyr yn cael ei bennu a'i gyfeirio wrth i*r gwaith fynd yn ei flaen.
Y bwriad yw y bydd y cyfyngiadau, a fydd yn cael eu dangos gan arwyddion ffyrdd, yn dod i rym ddydd lau, 1 Medi 2022, ac yn parhau mewn grym am oddeutu pythefnos neu hyd nes bydd y gwaith wedi'i gwblhau.
Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau i fod yn ddilys am uchafswm o chwe mis fel cynllun wrth
gefn pe bai angen aildrefnu'r gwaith neu os bydd unrhyw amgylchiadau annisgwyl.

The County Of Pembroke (Footpath Pp28/15 At Old Mill Grounds, Haverfordwest) (Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicular & Non-Vehicular Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order is necessary so that tree cutting works can be carried out. The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicular and non-vehicular traffic other than exempted vehicles from proceeding along the public footpath PP28/15 at Old Mill Grounds, Haverfordwest - from its junction with Crow Hill to a point near the bridge leading towards Bridge Meadow.
The alternative route for pedestrians will be determined and signed as works progress It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect on Thursday 1st September 2022 and remain in force for approximately 2 weeks or until completion of the works.
The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 6 months as a contingency should
the works need to be rescheduled or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
