NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003


Notice is hereby given that Kreassive UK Limited has applied for a premises licence to Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames in relation to UNIT B51 Kingspark Business Centre, 152-178 Kingston Road, New Malden, KT3 3ST to permit the provision of the following licensable activities:

Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday to Sunday 08:00hrs to 18:00hrs (Remote Sales Only).

The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address or online at www.kingston.gov.uk.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Licensing Team, Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, Guildhall 2, High Street, Kingston upon Thames KT1 1EU or by email: licensing@kingston.gov.uk. Such written representation must be received by 00/00/2022 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
