Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
The general effect of the Orders would be:-
1. To reduce the double yellow lines on Back Lane N8 opposite the rear of No.10/12 Park Road N8 to install an additional resident parking bay.
2. To replace single yellow line (No Waiting Monday-Friday 08:00-18:30) on the western side of Boundary Road N22 opposite property number 256 for 3.9 metres with additional shared use Resident Permit and Pay by Phone parking.
3. To introduce 6.1 metres of double yellow line in front of the vehicular access between 17 and 21 Cecil Road N10.
4. To replace 10 metres of single yellow line (No Waiting Monday-Friday 14:00-16:00) on the north western side of Coleridge Road N8 opposite No.23 with additional Resident Permit parking.
5. To amend the operational times of the existing single yellow line outside No.81 Craven Park Road N15 from Monday-Saturday 08:00-18:30 to Monday-Friday 10:00-12:00.
6. To formalise the Permit Holders Only parking area on Daleview Road and Paignton Road N15 operating Monday-Friday 8:00-18:30.
7. To formalise the Loading Bay on Honeysett Road N17 operating between 08:00-20:30 adjacent to the Ekin Food Centre.
8. To formalise the operational timings of the loading bay on Lynton Road N8 adjacent to The Maynard Arms Pub to Monday-Saturday 08:30-18:30 with a maximum stay of 30 minutes and no return within 1 hour.
9. To formalise the existing shared use permit holders or pay by phone bay on Crowland Road N15 adjacent to The Station House pub operating Monday-Friday 10:00-12:00 max stay 1 hour and no return within 1 hour.
10. To formalise the existing permit parking bays on the north side of Crowland Road N15 between properties 5 and 63 operating Monday - Friday 10:00-12:00.
11. To amend the operational timings of the single yellow line on the south side of White Hart Lane N17 opposite No.126 to Monday-Friday 17:30-22:00, Saturday-Sunday and public holidays 10:00-19:00.
12. To relocate the existing Car Club Permit Holders Bay on Page's Lane N10 opposite properties 37&39 to Creighton Avenue adjacent to No.31 Page's Lane. The existing single yellow lines and single kerb blips will be joined at the current location of the Car Club bay.
13. To replace the section of single yellow line with event day permit holder only parking on the north side of Poynton Road N17 opposite property No.1.
14. To reduce the length of event day permit holder only parking on the south side of Poynton Road N17 outside property No.3 by 1.9 metres and extend the adjacent double yellow line.
15. To convert the single yellow line outside properties 2 to 22 on Victoria Road N15 to a double yellow line and extending it in both directions for a total length of 4.6 metres, thereby reducing the length of the two adjacent Resident Parking bays either side of the restriction. The northern resident parking bay will be reduced by one space in total and bays to the south will be reduced by 1.5 metres.
16. To formalise the existing loading bay and shared use loading and taxi rank bay on Wellington Terrace N8 in the parking layby outside property No.1. The loading restrictions will operate Monday-Saturday 08:00-18:30 and the Taxi rank will operate Monday-Saturday 18:30-08:00.
Copies of the proposed Orders and of the Council's statement of reasons for making the Orders and plans showing the locations and effects of the Orders may be inspected during normal office working hours until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Orders, at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online at https://consultation.appyway.com/haringey
