(Garden Street, Newfield) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on a 15 metre length of Garden Street, Newfield, adjacent to property numbers 13 to 25 to enable water supply renewal works to be undertaken. Throughout the period of closure, a diversion will be available to vehicular traffic via West View and Springbank Road. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 12/9/22 from 8am and are anticipated to be completed in 5 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
