Notice is hereby given that Shuhel Ahmed has applied in respect of of Babul's, 2 Skinnergate, Darlington, DL3 7NB for variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to vary the licence to amend the licensable hours for the sale of alcohol (on/Off the premises) to Monday, Friday, Saturday 09:00 02:00 and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday 09:00 01:00. Recorded/live music hours amended to Monday, Friday, Saturday 23:00 02:00 and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday 09:00 01:00 and to remove condition 2 which requires alcohol to be only served with table meals.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 9th September 2022 to Darlington Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town Hall, Darlington DL1 5QT where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected Between 10:00 and 16:00 and/or at www.darlington.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
