Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence

TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Take notice that JD Wetherspoon pic has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a premises licence for The Tailor's Chalk, 47-49 Sidcup High Street, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6ED.

The application is to vary the premises as detailed below:-
1. To permit the sale of alcohol on Sundays to Thursdays from 0900 to 2330. No change to Friday and Saturday hours.
2. To extend the opening hours on Sundays to Thursdays until 0000. No change to Friday and Saturday hours.

The postal address of the relevant licensing authority is set out below and a record of the application may be inspected there during normal office hours or at www.sevenoaks.gov.uk at any time.

A person who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Section, Sevenoaks, District Council, PO Box 182, Sevenoaks, Kent, TNI3 IGP. Written representations must be received no later than 20th September 2022.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application which, upon conviction, carries an unlimited fine.
