The Bromley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 2003 (Amendment No. ***) Order 202*.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order would be to introduce waiting restrictions as set out in the Schedule to this Notice. Details of prohibitions and exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Order.

Copies of the proposed Order, of the plans of the schemes and of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be made available by emailing traffic@bromley.gov.uk during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays.

ANY person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Director of Environment and Public Protection, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH, quoting reference ADE(TP)/RP/T100/725 not later than 21st September 2022.

Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be aware that under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments received in response to this Notice may be open to public inspection.

WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS
No Waiting At Any Time:-
CLUB GARDENS ROAD, Hayes, (a) both sides (i) from the eastern kerbline of Kechill Gardens eastwards for a distance of 10m; (ii) from the western kerbline of Hayes Lane westwards for a distance of 10m.
CROYDON ROAD, Beckenham, (a) both sides, (i) from a point 1.5m north east of the common boundary of Nos. 3 and 4 Lee Mews south westwards for a distance of 10m.
HAVELOCK ROAD, Bromley, (a) both sides, (i) from the south eastern kerb line of Homesdale Road south eastwards for a distance of 10m.
HAYES LANE, Hayes, the west side, from a point 10m north of the northern kerbline of Club Gardens Road to a point 10m south of the southern kerbline of Club Gardens Road; (b) both sides (i) from the western kerbline of Kechill Gardens westwards for a distance of 10m.
HOLBROOK WAY, Bromley, (a) the north west side, (i) from a point 10m south west of the south western kerb line of Stiles Close to a point 10m north east of the north eastern kerb line of Stiles Close.
HOMESDALE ROAD, Bromley, (a) the south east side, (i) from a point 6.8m south west of the south western kerb line of Havelock Road to a point 10m north east of the north eastern kerb line of Havelock Road.
KECHILL GARDENS, Hayes, the east side, from a point 10m north of the northern kerbline of Club Gardens Road to a point 10m south of the southern kerbline of Club Gardens Road.
NEW STREET HILL, Bromley, the north side, from a point 10m east of the eastern kerbline of Oaktree Gardens to a point 10m west of the western kerbline of Oak Tree Gardens.
OAK TREE GARDENS, Bromley, (a) the east side, (i) from the northern kerbline of New Street Hill northwards for a distance of 10m; (b) the west side, (i) from the northern kerbline of New Street Hill northwards for a distance of 17m.
PITTSMEAD AVENUE, Hayes, (a) the south west side (i) from a point 10m north west of the north western kerbline of The Green to a point 10m south east of the south eastern kerbline of The Green.
POVEREST ROAD, Petts Wood, (a) the south side, (i) from a point 10m west of the western kerb line of Sutherland Avenue to a point 10m east of the eastern kerb line of Sutherland Avenue.
STILES CLOSE, Bromley, (a) both sides, (i) from the north western kerbline of Holbrook Way north wes wards for a distance of 10m; (b) all sides (i) from a point 10.7m south east of the north western kerbline of Stiles Close on the south west side to a point 10.7m south east of the north western kerbline of Stiles Close on the north east side.
SUTHERLAND AVENUE, Petts Wood (a) both sides, (i) from the southern kerb line of Poverest Road southwards for a distance of 10m.
THE GREEN, Hayes, (a) both sides, (i) from the south western kerbline of Pittsmead Avenue south westwards for a distance of 10m.
