Buckinghamshire Council
The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Sycamore Road, Amersham in the Parish of Amersham CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Sycamore Road for approximately 40m. Alternative route: Chesham Road, Rickmansworth Road, Sycamore Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Cadent Gas new connection works take place commencing on 30 August 2022. The proposed Order will come into operation on 30 August 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 26 August 2022
The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Church Road, Lane End) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Church Road for 76 metres. Alternative route: Church Road, Finings Road, High Street, Marlow Road, Seymour Plain, Seymour Court Road, Berwick Road, Dean Street, Queens Road, Oxford Road, Chalkpit Lane, Frieth Road, Moorend Common, Moor Common and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a gas connection takes place commencing on 30 August 2022 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 30 August 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Village Road, Whelpley Hill) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Village Road for 201 metres. Alternative route: Chesham Road, Ashley Green Road, Nashleigh Hill, Berkhampstead Road, Broad Street, Eskdale Avenue, Lye Green Road, Rushmere Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst an installation of a sewer connection for a new property takes place commencing on 05 September 2022 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 05 September 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Nightingales Lane, Chalfont St Giles) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Nightingales Lane for 415 metres. Alternative route: Nightingales Lane, Roughwood Lane, Burtons Lane, Chalfont Station Road, Cokes Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst access to underground structure for cabling takes place commencing on 06 September 2022 between 08:00 and 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 06 September 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Buckinghamshire Council (Prohibition Of Waiting, Loading And Stopping) And (On-Street Parking Places) (Amendment No. 004) Order 2022 Buckinghamshire Council
(hereinafter referred to as "the Council") in the exercise of the powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) ("the Act"), and of all other enabling powers, and having regard to Section 122 of the Act and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police following Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, hereby make the following order:
1. This Order shall come into operation on 26 August 2022 and may be cited as "The Buckinghamshire Council (Prohibition Of Waiting, Loading And Stopping) And (On-Street Parking Places) Order 2021 (Amendment No. 004) 2022.
2. "The Buckinghamshire Council (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) Order 2021" is amended by the plans specified below.
