1) NOTICE IS GIVEN that the London Borough of Waltham Forest (hereinafter referred to as 'The Council") on 25th August 2022 made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6,45,46,49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2) The general effect of the Orders will be:
(a) to convert either controlled parking zone permit parking space, or as the case may be, pay by phone/short stay parking space, and provide electric vehicle charging places in the following locations (total length of charging space shown in brackets): Carnarvon Road E10 (WXS CPZ) (12 metres (2 vehicles)) on the north-west side, adjacent to No. 10 Peterborough Road for approximately 12 metres; Clyde Place E10 (VFR CPZ) (11 metres (2 vehicles)) on the east side, opposite No. 2 Clyde Place and Ambleside Close for approximately 12 metres; Farnan Avenue E17 (LPE CPZ) (10.5 metres (2 vehicles)) on the east side, opposite Nos. 2c and 2d Faman Avenue for approximately 11.5 metres; Hollydown Way E11 (10 metres (2 vehicles)), on the east side, approximately 11 metres north of rear boundary line of Nos. 2 to 16 Peach Grove, northwards for approximately 11 metres; Marten Road E17 (LPN CPZ) (10.25 metres (2 vehicles)) on the west side, adjacent to No. 13 Cazenove Road for approximately 11.25 metres; Norman Road E11 (CTN CPZ) (12 metres (2 vehicles)) on the east side, opposite to No. 1 Clover Close for approximately 13 metres; Nottingham Road E10 (WXS CPZ) (11 metres (2 vehicles)) on the south-east side, opposite Nos. 91 and 95 Nottingham Road for approximately 12 metres; Victoria Road E17 (FRN CPZ) (11 metres (2 vehicles)) on the north-west side, opposite Nos. 6 and 14 Victoria Road for approximately 12 metres.
[Note: there would be 1 to 1.5-metre lengths separating bays in each parking place on which a charging post would be located]; and (b)to provide that the electric vehicle charging places referred to in paragraph (a) above would be available 'at all times' for the use of any electric vehicles whilst charging at an adjacent electric vehicle charging post, limited to a maximum period of 4 hours, between 8am and 6.30pm on Mondays to Sundays inclusive; and
3) Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation from 25* August 2022 and all other relevant documents can be inspected until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from that date on request by either emailing traffic.

4) Any person desiring to question the validity of either of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the making of the Orders, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
