Asda Convenience and Petrol Store Rhyl, Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd August 2022 Asda Stores Limited applied to the Conwy County Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Convenience and Petrol Store, St Asaph Avenue North, Kinmel Bay, Rhyl LL18 5EQ. The proposed licensable activities are;- 1. The sale by retail for consumption off the premises on Monday to Sunday between the hours of 06.00 and 24.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Monday to Sunday between the hours of 23.00 to 24.00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- the Head of Licensing Services, PO Box 1 Conwy LL30 9GN no later than the 20th September 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Conwy County Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above Licensing Authority's address during the normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
