SEDGEMOOR DISTRICT COUNCIL PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF LAND LOCATED AT SEDGEMOOR ROAD, WOOLAVINGTON TO THE WOOLAVINGTON PARISH COUNCIL TO ENABLE THE CONTINUED USE OF THE LAND AS AN ALLOTMENT SITE The Sedgemoor District Council is considering the disposal of allotment land at Sedgemoor Road, Woolavington, Somerset which extends to approximately 2.2 acres. It is proposed that the land will be transferred to the Woolavington Parish Council to enable the continued use and maintenance of the allotment land. The use of the land will remain unchanged as a result of any proposed transfer. Under Section 123 Subsection 2A of the 1972 Local Government Act the Council now invites members of the Public who wish to comment or object to the proposal to do so in writing by 5 pm on 26th September 2022.
