Part single, two storey rear extension following demolition of the existing outbuilding. Roof extension involving rear dormer. Reason(s) for advertising: Development in a Conservation Area.

22/4124/HSE: 39 Rotherwick Road London NW11 7DD.
Addition of double doors to bay window and enlargement of french doors to rear elevation at garden level. In some cases the application must be considered by Committee, and members of the public have the opportunity to address that Committee, subject to certain rules. If you wish to speak, you should confirm this in your letter and you will be sent more details in due course. Comments received will only be acknowledged on receipt of a stamped, self-addressed envelope or by email, if an email address is supplied. Any persons making comments in writing will be informed of the decision in due course.
