BRIGHTON & HOVE CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (THE FIDDLER'S ELBOW AUGUST BANK HOLIDAY STREET PARTY) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2022
On Sunday, 28 August 2022 from 08.00 to 01:30 on Monday, 29 August 2022 the Fiddler's Elbow August Bank Holiday Street Party is taking place. To facilitate its safe passage the route will need to be closed to traffic and therefore Brighton & Hove City Council have made an order under Section 16A to C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which temporarily brings into force the following traffic regulations:
1. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle that is not participating in, or connected with the Fiddler's Elbow August Bank Holiday Street Party to proceed in, exit from, or turn into any of the lengths of road specified below, except upon the direction or with the permission of a Police Constable in uniform or that of a uniformed marshal:
Boyce's Street
2. The prohibition of motor vehicles in the streets specified below is suspended for the period during which this Order is in force:
