SOMERSET COUNTY COUNCIL (B3141 WOOLAVINGTON HILL AND A39 BATH ROAD. BRIDGWATER) (PARISHES OF WOOLAVINGTON. BAWDRIP AND COSSINGTON) (REVOCATION. 30MPH AND 40MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2021 Notice is hereby given that on Friday 26th August 2022 Somerset County Council made the above order in pursuance of the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as previously advertised on the 28* September 2021 to introduce a 30mph Speed Limit and 40mph Speed Limit on the lengths of roads as specified in the Schedules to this Order. The Order comes into effect on the 30th August 2022.

If any person wishes to question the validity of the order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the Act), or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
