1. Notice is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council, in accordance with Section 123 (2A)

of the Local Government Act 1972 proposes to grant the following leases :
(a) Preston Park Tennis Courts, Preston Road, Brighton, BN1 6AU to be used for the playing of tennis and improving the offering of tennis as a sport in the City (a plan showing the location of the said land is available by request via email

(b) Hollingbury Park Tennis Courts, Ditchling Road, Brighton, BN1 6JU to be used for the playing of tennis and improving the offering of tennis as a sport in the City (a plan showing the location of the said land is available by request via email

)

(c) Saltdean Park Tennis Courts, Arundel Drive West, Saltdean, Brighton, BN2 8SP to be used for the playing of tennis and improving the offering of tennis as a sport in the City (a plan showing the location of the said land is available by request via email

)

(d) Westdene Barn, Lower Floor, Dene Vale, Brighton, BN1 5ED to be used as a nursery (a plan showing the location of the said land is available by request via email amp@brighton-

).

(e) Westdene Barn, Upper Floor, Dene Vale, Brighton, BN1 5ED to be used a community space (a plan showing the location of the said land is available by request via email amp@

).
