DH7 8RS between Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm by appointment. DH1 9HZ by 4th September 2013 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
