Licensing Act 2003 Notice of an application for a new Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that we, Edge Restaurants Limited t/a McDonald's on 19th August 2022 to Trafford Council (The ucensingAuthority),for a new premises licence in respect of the premises known as: McDonald's, Neary Way, Davyhulme, Manchester M17 1FP under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to authorise the provision of late night refreshment between the hours of: Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays 23:00-02:00. Other times when the Premises is open: Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays from 05:00-02:00. The insure restaurant will only trade from 05:00-00:00 and the drive thru 0500-02:00 if the application is granted.

Any person wishing to make representation in relation to this application may do so by writing to: Licensing, Regulatory Services, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stratford. Manchester, M32 0TH within 28 days of the application being made to the Licensing Authority. A representation may also be made to the Licensing Authority at the following email address:

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
