Notice of Application for New Premises Licence

I Raheem Yasir, hereby make application for Premises Licence in respect of Big Spice located 4 Clifftown Road, Southend on Sea, SS1 1AB. The proposed premises licence is seeking for permission to undertake the following licensable activities.

1.The provision of late-night refreshments on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday & Sunday; from 23:00hrs until 02:00hrs 23:00hrs until 03:00hrs on Friday and Saturday 2.The Premises will open to the public within the hours stated as follows; Sunday Monday (7 days a week), week from 12.00hrs 03:00hrs. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend on Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 26 September 2022. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-On-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13), Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale Dated 29 August 2022
