Highways Act 1980 Wildlife And Countryside Act 1981 Worcestershire County Council Diversion Of Footpath Th-501 (Part) (Formerly Footpath No 1) And Footpath Th-502 (Formerly Footpath No 2), In The Parish Of Throckmorton Public Path Diversion And Definitive Map Modification Order 2022
The above Order, made on 28th of July 2022 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert the public footpaths, and modify the definitive map and statement for Worcestershire accordingly: TH-501 From: a line running from: Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SO 9747 5089 the footpath proceeds in a south southeasterly direction for 247 metres to OSGR SO 9761 5069. To: a line running from: Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SO 9747 5089 the footpath proceeds in a westerly direction for 257 metres to OSGR SO 9773 5086. The path then turns in a southerly direction for 18 metres to OSGR SO 9773 5084 before taking a south southwesterly course for 149 metres to a junction with footpath TH-500 and the new route of footpath TH-502 at OSGR SO 9764 5073.

The path then turns in a southerly direction for 18 metres to OSGR SO 9773 5084 before taking a south southwesterly course for 149 metres to a junction with footpath TH-500 and the new route of footpath TH-502 at OSGR SO 9764 5073.
TH-502 From: a line running from: Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SO 9747 5090 the footpath proceeds in a southerly direction for 414 metres to OSGR SO 9743 5049. To: a line running from: a junction with footpath TH-500 and the new route of footpath TH-501 at OSGR SO 9764 5073 the path commences in a generally south southwesterly and south westerly direction for 339 metres to OSGR SO 9743 5049. Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to the Mapping Manager, Public Rights of Way Mapping Team, The Countryside Centre, Worcester Woods Country Park, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2LG or
. not later than the 26th of September 2022: Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the County Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
