Notice Of Making An Order Highways Act 1980 Wildlife And Countryside Act 1981 Worcestershire County Council Diversion Of Footpath Cc-659 (Part)
(Formerly Footpath No. 84) In The Parish Of Chaddesley Corbett Public Path Diversion And Definitive Map Modification Order 2022
The above Order, made on 21 July 2022 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert the public footpath, and modify the definitive map and statement for Worcestershire accordingly, running from Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SO 8896 7275; the footpath proceeds south-south-easterly for 50 metres, then east-south-eastly for 82 metres to terminate at OSGR SO 8906 7267 to a line running from OSGR SO 8899 7278 with a width of 3 metres southeasterly for 16 metres to OSGR SO 8900 7277; the footpath turns south-south-easterly for 6 metres with a width of 2 metres to OSGR SO 8901 7276; turns east for 7 metres to OSGR SO 8901 7276; turns south-east with a width of 3 metres for 78 metres to OSGR SO 8908 7272; turns south then south-south-west for 50 metres to OSGR SO 8906 7267 to join the existing footpath CC-659 as shown on the order map. Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to the Mapping Manager, Public Rights of Way Mapping Team, The Countryside Centre, Worcester Woods Country Park, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2LG or
not later than 23 September 2022. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the County Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
