(Brooke Close / Stevenson Road, East Stanley) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 19/8/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all pedestrian traffic from proceeding on 63 metre of segregated footpath of Brooke Close / Stevenson Road mat extends south wards from number 4 Brooke Close on either side of the carriageway, East Stanley to enable footpath resurfacing works to be undertaken. Alternative routes will be available to pedestrian traffic via other local footpaths in the area. The maximum duration of the Order is 6 months. The proposed works are to commence on 30/8/22 from 7.30am and are anticipated to be completed in up to 3 weeks. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly. Dated: 25th August 2022
