(Footpath Number 79 Stanley Parish, Crookgate Bank, BurnopBeld) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 19/8/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all pedestrian traffic from proceeding on a 370 metre length of Footpath Number 79 Stanley Parish thai extends south easterly from its junction with the path leading to Plover Drive to the temporary path south east of Footpath Number 80 Crookgate Bank, Burnopfield to enable footpath reconstruction and surfacing works to be undertaken. Alternative route from the south eastern side of the closure from Footpath Number 79 south east then north eastwards around the perimeter of the development site on a temporary path linking to Barcusclose Lane then north westerly and turning south westerly on Plover Drive leading to Footpath Number 79 to the north western side of the closure, and vice versa. The maximum duration of the Order is 6 months. The proposed works are to commence on 30/8/22 and are anticipated to be completed in 6 weeks. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
