Northumberland County Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 -Section 14(1) U5008 Kirkwhelpington Main Road Through Village Kirkwhelpington (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections of highway in the County of Northumberland.
* U5008 Kirkwhelpington Main Road Through Village from its junction with the A696 heading east for a distance of 381 metres It is expected that the road will be closed between 30th August 2022 and 31st August 2022.

* U5008 Kirkwhelpington Main Road Through Village from its point 410 metres east of the junction with A696 heading southwards for a distance of 418 metres. It is expected that the road will be closed on the 1st September 2022.
* U5008 Kirkwhelpington Main Road Through Village from its point 410 metres east of the junction with A696 heading eastwards for a distance of 161 metres. It is expected that the road will be closed on the 2nd September 2022.

It is expected that the roads will only be closed from the 30th August 2022 until the 2nd September 2022 between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 during this period.
The Order is to be effective from the 30th August 2022 until the 30th November 2022. Vehicular traffic to follow the signage for the alternative route.
