Notice of application for a Variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Retailing Limited have applied to Harlow Council on 17th August 2022 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at the: Green Man, Mulberry Green, Harlow, CM 17 0ET.To vary the licensing plan for a refurbishment including conversion of existing reception area into trade area. Removal of small dispense counter in dining area. To provide additional access from trade area kitchen to service garden area to rear. For full and further details please view the licensing plan. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 14th September 2022 stating the grounds for making said representation to the: Licensing Authority, Harlow District Council, Civic Centre, The Water Gardens, Harlow, Essex, CM20 1WG or online at

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above.The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
