Gorchymyn Creu Llwybr Cyhoeddus 2022

Ar 09 Awst 2022, cadarnhaodd Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam y Gorchymyn uchod a wnaed dan adran 26 o Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980.

Effaith y gorchymyn fel y'i cadamhawyd yw creu llwybr troed cyhoeddus a fydd yn rhedeg o Glyntraian 59 ym SJ 2543 3736 ac yn parhau i gyfeiriad de de-ddwyrain yn gyffredinol am oddeutu 245 metr SJ 2552 3714 ac yna i gyfeiriad y dwyrain am oddeutu 240 metr i SJ 2574 3709. O bwynt E mae'r llwybr yn parhau i gyfeiriad y de yn gyffredinol am oddeutu 45 metr i gyfarfod trac amgaeedig ym SJ 2575 3705 ac yna'n parhau i'r dwyrain yn gyffredinol am oddeutu 230 metr ar hyd y trac amgaeedig i gwrdd 8 phriffordd sy'n cael ei chynnal a'i chadw ar draul y cyhoedd ym SJ 2598 3701.
Mae copi o'r Gorchymyn, fel y'i cadarnhawyd, a Map y Gorchymyn ar gael yn Swyddfeydd Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam, Neuadd y Dref, Wrecsam, LL111AY, a gellir eu gweld yno'n rhad ac am ddim rhwng 9.30am a 4 .30pm, ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener. Gellir cael cop'i'au o'r Gorchymyn a Map y Gorchymyn yn rhad ac am ddim o'r un man.
Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar 23 Awst 2022, ond OS bydd unrhyw un sydd wedi eu tramgwyddo gan y Gorchymyn ag eisiau herio ei ddilysrwydd, neu unrhyw ddarpariaethau ynddo, ar y sail nad yw o fewn pwerau Deddf Priffyrdd 1980, fel y'i diwygiwyd, neu ar y sail na chydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw un o ofynion y Ddeddf, fel y'i diwygiwyd, neu unrhyw reoliad a wnaed o dan y Ddeddf mewn perthynas fi'r Gorchymyn, gallant, o dan baragraff 2 Atodlen 2 o'r Ddeddf, fel yr ychwanegwyd gan baragraff 5 Atodlen 6 o'r Ddeddf, wneud cais i'r Uchel Lys o fewn chwe wythnos i 24 Awst 2022.

Public Path Creation Order 2022

On 09 August 2022, Wrexham County Borough Council confirmed the above Order made under section 26 of the Highways Act 1980.

The effect of the Order as confirmed is to create a public footpath running from Glyntraian 59 at SJ 2543 3736 and continuing generally south south-east for approximately 245 metres to SJ 2552 3714 and then generally east for approximately 240 metres to SJ 2574 3709. From point E the footpath continues generally south for approximately 45 metres to meet an enclosed track at SJ 2575 3705 and then continues generally east for approximately 230 metres along the enclosed track to meet a highway maintainable at public expense at SJ 2598 3701.

A copy of the Order as confirmed and the Order Map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the Offices of Wrexham County Borough Council, Guildhall, Wrexham, LL111AY from 9.30am to 430pm, Monday to Friday. Copies of the Order and Order Map may be obtained free of charge from the same address.

The Order came into force on 23 August 2022, but if any person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from 24 August 2022, make an application to the High Court.
