LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY
The Bromley (Prescribed Route) (No. *) (Road Closure) Order 202*. (Clarence Road, Blckley) T724

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under Section 6 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers.

The effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles (except pedal cycles and Network Rail service vehicles) from proceeding in Clarence Road, Bickley between the northern boundary of No. 62 Clarence Road and the common boundary of Nos. 85 & 87 Clarence Road.

A Copy of the proposed Order, of the plans of the scheme and of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be made available by emailing traffic@bromley.gov.uk during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays.

ANY person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Director of Environment and Public Protection, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH, quoting reference ADE(TP)/ RP/T100/724 not later than 14th September 2022.

Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be aware that under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments received in response to this Notice may be open to public inspection.
