Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2022
(Prohibition of Waiting on Broadway Grove and Stainburn Avenue, Worcester.

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester:
Broadway Grove (Northwest side): from its junction with Stainburn Avenue for a distance of 12 metres in a north easterly direction and 11 metres in a south westerly direction. Stainburn Avenue (Both sides):
from its junction with Broadway Grove for a distance of 10 metres in a north westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. Order made: to close that part of U52305 Cavendish Street from its junction with U52306 Berwick Street to its junction with U52303 Orchard Street.
Reason: Dropping kerb for new vehicle crossing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U52303 Orchard Street, U52300 Waverley Street, U52306 Berwick Street, U52305 Cavendish Street and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 30 August 2022.

(Link Footpath F50160 Tintern Avenue, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of Link Footpath F50160 Tintern Avenue (side onto nos. 2/4) in its entirety, from its junction with B4550 Astwood Road to its junction with U51053 Tintern Avenue. Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U51053 Tintern Avenue, B4550 Astwood Road and vice versa.

(B4206 Malvern Road, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of B4206 Malvern Road from its junction with U54234 Sherwood Lane to its junction with U54239 Whites Road.
Reason: Sewer Works by Cooper Specialist Groundworks Ltd. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Clockwise Diversion: B4206 Malvern Road, B4206 St Johns, A44 Bull Ring, A44 Tybridge Street, A44 Hylton Road, A44 New Road, A449 Bromwich Road and vice versa. Anticlockwise Diversion:

Order made: to close that part of U50027 Waterworks Road from its junction with U50027 Waterworks Road to its junction with U50031 Pope lron Road and temporarily suspend The County of Hereford and Worcester (Waterworks Road) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1995 for the duration of the order to facilitate two-way traffic. Reason: New vehicle crossing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2066 Cobblers Corner from its junction with C2252 Broadwas to its junction with U64615 Broadwas. Reason: New customer connection by Severn Trent Water. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2252 Broadwas, U64615 Broadwas and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 15 September 2022.

(U64014 Shoulton, Hallow) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of U64014 Shoulton from its junction with U64012 Green Street & U64012 Shoulton to its junction
with U64013 Shoulton.
Reason: New water connection by Severn Trent Water. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U64012 Shoulton, U64014 Shoulton and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 19 September 2022.

(U51024 Mayfield Road, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U51024 Mayfield Road from its junction with B4550 Rainbow Hill to its junction with U51025 Church Road & U51025 Barker Street.
Reason: To replace existing BT pole on the footway by HSC Worcester Ltd.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Order made: to close that part of U50008 Britannia Square from its junction with U50004 Britannia Road & U50006 Blake Lane South to its junction with A38 Upper Tything. Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
