Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (U95006 Berrington, Tenbury) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of U95006 Berrington for 240 metres from its junction with U95005 Berrington to its junction with C2092 Berrington. Reason: Repairs to carriageway along various stretches by Openreach.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U95006 Berrington, C2092 Berrington, U95016 Berrington Road, U95022 Cross Street, A4112 Oldwood Road, A4112 to Herefordshire County borders, U95005 St. Michaels, U95005 Berrington and vice versa. Order made: to close that part of A4112 Oldwood from its junction with U95008 Salt Box Lane to its junction with C2088 Bockleton Road. Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A4112 Oldwood Road, A4112 Cross Street, A4112 Teme Street, A456 (Shropshire County), A49 (Shropshire County), A4112 (Shropshire County), A4112 Oldwood Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 30 August 2022.
