The application is for: Sale of Alcohol* Late Night Refreshment*

(Details) Sale of Alcohol* The Old House Hotel (Titles HP561388 & HP619897), Hotel/Restaurant and Retail Shop Premises located in an area of similar operations within Wickham Village, will look to sell produce to the general public, including Alcohol to be sold for Consumption both On and Off the Premises, in relation to Hotel, Dining, Wine Tastings, Tours, Tasting Events, Weddings and Tourism. Produce to include hot and cold food, and beverages (including Alcohol) both within the Premises and on it's own land. No Alcohol will be allowed off the Premises other than in a sealed container for the consumption by the Purchaser at home.
Sale of Alcohol (in line with other establishments in The Square): Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 00:00; Friday to Saturday 10:00 to 00:30; and Residents of the Hotel: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in addition to 10:00-01:00 on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Boxing Day, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday on Bank Holiday weekends (in line with other establishments in The Square).
Late Night Refreshment* Late Night Refreshment for supply of hot drink and hot food (in line with other establishments in The Square) to be provided Sunday-Thursday 23:00-00:30; Friday-Saturday 23:00-01:00; in addition to New Year's Eve 23:00-01:30 on 2 January, and 23:00-01:30 on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday on BANK HOLIDAY WEEKENDS; (as well as the automatically granted Late Night Refreshment exemption re Hotel Bed & Breakfast Guests).

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Licensing Manager, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by (Date**) 20 September 2022; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
