Notice Under Article 8 Application

Proposed development at Eastrip Lane, Colerne, SN14 8AX. I give notice that Mrs Sharon Williams is applying to Wiltshire Council for planning permission for Erection of single dwelling to provide special care accommodation for disabled person, resident carers and family. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated. Departure from development plan policies CP1, CP2, CP11, CP51 and CP57 to the Wiltshire Core Strategy, saved policy H4 to the North Wiltshire Local Plan 2011 as well as Policies BE1, BE4, NE1 and NE4 to the Colerne Neighbourhood Plan.
