High Street, Vary a Premises Licensing

NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 15th August 2022 EI Group Limited applied to Dorset Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises White Swan, 31 High Street, Swanage, Dorset BH19 2LJ.

The proposed variation is;-
1. Films, indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music, anything similar and the sale of alcohol Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 01:00.
2. Late night refreshment Monday - Sunday 23:00-01:00.
Please note - this application is in identical terms to the existing premises licence.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Dorset Council, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1XJ no later than 12th September 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Dorset Council and the record of the application may be inspected by the above address Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
