(Mill Road, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mill Road, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Southminster Road for a distance of approximately 630m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th September 2022 for 61 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN013654321 -Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Essex and Suffolk Water. No alternative route is available.
The Order will come into effect on 1st September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Chapel Road, Tollesbury) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chapel Road, Tollesbury in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Colchester Road for a distance of approximately 180m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th September 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN013225081 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while connection works are undertaken by Essex and Suffolk Water. An alternative route is available via Colchester Road, Station Road, Chapel Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 18th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Fambridge Road, Purleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fambridge Road, Purleigh in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 30m south east of its junction with Blind Lane for a distance of approximately 310m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th September 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008OGEA54727721A - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Fambridge Road, Barons Lane, Chelmsford Road, Burnham Road, Oak Corner, Southend Road, Maldon Road - B1418, Hyde Lane, White Elm Road, Main Road, Priory Road, Lower Burnham Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 18th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Howe Green Road, Purleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Howe Green Road, Purleigh in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 740m south east of its junction with The Glebe for a distance of approximately 70m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th September 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30051453821 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Latchingdon Road, Fambridge Road, Barons Lane, Pump Lane, The Glebe and vice versa with access only into Howe Green Road. The Order came into effect on 18th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Various Roads, District of Maldon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.3) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the District of Maldon/City of Chelmsford as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Areas) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and
suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 18th August 2022 exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of West Bowers Road, Woodham Walter in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 110m north west of its junction with Rectory Road for a distance of approximately 60m in a westerly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Little London Lane, Woodham Walter in the District of Maldon, from its junction with West Bowers Lane for a distance of approximately 60m in a north westerly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 7th September 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008FAA7066B01/B02 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree cutting works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Rectory Road, The Street, Little Baddow Road, Bassetts Lane, West Bowers Road and vice versa.

(Witham Road/Tudwick Road/Mill Lane, Tolleshunt Major) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Witham Road, Tolleshunt Major in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 150m north west of its junction with Beckingham Street for a distance of approximately 60m in a north westerly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Tudwick Road, Tolleshunt Major in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Witham Road for a distance of approximately 30m in north easterly direction.
3. To temporarily close that length of Mill Lane, Tolleshunt Major in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Witham Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a south westerly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 8th September 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO60659117 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water
An alternative route is available via Grove Farm Road, Loamy Hill Road, The Street, School Road, Beckingham Street or via The Street, School Road, Beckingham Street with access only into Witham Road, Tudwick Road and Mill Lane.
The Order came into effect on 18th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
