(Footpath 18, Broomfield, Chelmsford), (Temporary Prohibition of Use Extension) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the above Order made by Essex County Council, under section S14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), has been continued in force with the consent of the Secretary of State for the Department for Transport until 02 September 2023.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Bridleway 18, Broomfield, in the City of Chelmsford. From its junction with Footpath 19, in a southerly direction to its junction with Regiment Gate, for a distance of approximately 150 metres.
The alternative route will be via Footpath 19, from its junction with Bridleway 18, heading east, then turn south onto Commonwealth Link, then west onto Regiment Gate, and vice versa.
The closure commenced on 01 March 2022 and is required to allow for repair works to be carried out while the construction of an Elective Orthopaedic Centre takes place.

(Hidcote Way, Great Notley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hidcote Way, Great Notley in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Cuckoo Way for a distance of approximately 45m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd September 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2334280 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Hidcote Way, Petworth Close, Elsham Drive, Cuckoo Way Roundabout, Cuckoo Way and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 1st September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Beazley End, Wethersfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Beazley End, Wethersfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Parkhall Road for a distance of approximately 110m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th September 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03160742598 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. (Bell Lane, Great Bardfield & Little Sampford Road/ Little Bardfield Road, Little Bardfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Bell Lane, Great Bardfield and Little Sampford Road, Little Bardfield in the Districts of Braintree and Uttlesford from the junction with Dunmow Road for a distance of approximately 1630m in a north westerly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Little Bardfield Road, Little Bardfield in the District of Uttlesford from both of the junctions with Little Sampford Road for a distance of approximately 465m in a south westerly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 5th September 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WD8CDD6W/02 & 03 - Openreach). (Boars Tye Road, Silver End) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Boars Tye Road, Silver End in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Tait Avenue for a distance of approximately 290m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th September 2022 for 5 nights (20:00-06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231007198 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or
displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while resurfacing works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Church Lane, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Lane, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Church Meadows for a distance of approximately 150m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th September 2022 for 1 day and again on 18th September for 1 day (2x Sundays only), or where stated on a valid permit (EC30003807996 & EC30015055901 - UK Power Networks). (Colne Road, Coggeshall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Colne Road, Coggeshall in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Gurton Road for a distance of approximately 200m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th September 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWD0FDD0N001 - Openreach). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hay Lane North, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Coggeshall Road for a distance of approximately 115m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th September 2022 for 1 night (22:00 - 04:00), or where stated on a valid permit (YN108BRA17381-WHP3UK-TW2 - T-Mobile (UK) Ltd). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Stambourne Road, Toppesfield in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 840m north west of its junction with Park Lane for a distance of approximately 95m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th September 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010677736 -Anglian Water). (Station Approach, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of Clearway) & (South Street, Braintree Temporary Suspension of
Weight Limit) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. To temporarily close that length of Station Approach, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with South Street to its other junction with South Street a distance of approximately 405m.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction in that length of Station Approach, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with South Street to its other junction with South Street a distance of approximately 405m.
3. To temporarily suspend the 7.5 tonne weight restriction in that length of South Street, Braintree in the District of Braintree from its junction with Silks Way to its junction with Railway Street as detailed in 'The Essex County Council (South Street, Braintree) (7.5 Tonne Weight Restriction) Order 2010' for the duration of the above closure only.
"The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The closure/restriction is scheduled to commence on 5th September 2022 for 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2331775 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure/restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while Cycle Way works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Station Road, White Notley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, White Notley in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 450m north east of its junction with Vicarage Avenue for a distance of approximately 120m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th September 2022 from 02:00 until 12th September 2022 04:00 (26 hours), or where stated on a valid permit (KL735BRA-21-11-110922 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). (Walthams Cross, Great Bardfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Walthams Cross, Great Bardfield in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 160m west of its junction with Whinbush Farm Road for a distance of approximately 20m in a westerly direction.
