Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2022 (Prohibition of Waiting on Woodrow Lane and Churchill Road, Catshill, Bromsgrove)

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Bromsgrove: Woodrow Lane (Northwest side): from its junction with Churchill Road for a distance of 10 metres in a north easterly direction; (Southeast side): from a point 15 metres north east of its junction with Green Lane for a distance of 18 metres in a north easterly direction. Churchill Road (Both sides): from its junction with Woodrow Lane for a distance of 10 metres in a north westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

(C2077 Trench Lane, Oddingley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of C2077 Trench Lane from its junction with C2154 Dunhampstead to Himbleton Road to its junction with U42210 Flash Lane. Reason: Railway level crossing maintenance by Network Rail.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2077 Trench Lane, C2032 Shaftland Cross to Phepson, C2080 Goosehill Lane, B4090 Hanbury Road, C2076 The Holloway, C2076 Tagwell Road, U42222 Trench Lane, C2077 Trench Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
2 nights (22:00-09:00) Commencing: 27 August 2022. (C2031 Rylands Lane, Elmley Lovett) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2031 Rylands Lane from its junction with A442 Droitwich Road to its junction with C2030 Walton Road. Reason: New customer connection by Cadent Gas Ltd. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A442 Droitwich Road, A442 Rushock to Cutnall Green, C2030 Elmley Lane, C2030 Rylands Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 19 September 2022.

(U21610 Gunner Lane, Rubery) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U21610 Gunner Lane from its junction with U21610 Gunner Lane to its junction with C2058 Gannow Road. Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2058 School Road, C2058 Whettybridge Road, C2058 Whetty Lane, C2058 Legion Road, C2058 New Road, C2057 Callowbrook Lane, U21601 Callowbrook Lane, U21606 Richmond Road, U21609 Barrington Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 8 days Commencing: 29 August 2022. (C2045 Holyoakes Lane, Bentley Pauncefoot) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2045 Holyoakes Lane from its junction with U22208 Gypsy Lane to its junction with B4184 Alcester Road. Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. (U40220 Woodhall Lane, Ombersley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of U40220 Woodhall Lane from its junction with A449 Main Road for a distance of 80 metres in a westerly direction. Reason: Drainage work/flood alleviation by Shannonside Civil engineering Ltd.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
