Vale Of White Horse District Council Town And Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Notice Under Article 38 Of Proposal For Local Development Order Granting
Planning Permission

Proposed development at: Milton Park, Milton, Abingdon
I give notice that the Vale of White Horse District Council proposes to make a local development order granting planning permission to permit commercial development comprising up to a maximum of 390,000 square metres of floor space comprising of the following:

* Use Class B2 - General Industrial

* Use Class B8 - Storage and distribution

* Use Class C1 - Hotels

* Use Class C2 - Residential institutions

* Use Class E( a) - Display or retail sale of goods, other than hot food Class E(b) Sale of food and drink for consumption (mostly) on the premises

* Use Class E(b) - Sale of food and drink for consumption (mostly) on the premises

* Use Class E(c)(i) - Financial services

* Use Class E(c)(ii) - Professional services (other than health or medical services), or

* Use Class E(c)(iii) - Other appropriate services in a commercial, business or serviced locality

* Use Class E(d) - Indoor sport, recreation or fitness

* Use Class E(f) - Creche, day nursery or day centre (not including residential use)

* Use Class E(g) - Uses which can be carried out in a residential area without detriment to its amenity:

- E(g)(i) Offices to carry out any operational or administrative functions

- E(g)(ii) Research and Development of products of services

- E(g) (iii) Industrial processes.

* Car sales

* A maximum of 75 serviced self-contained accommodation units

* Roadside services

* Associated roads, cycleways and footways, landscaping, green infrastructure

* Maximum building heights 22.5 metres (excluding plant which is limited to a maximum of 3 metres in height).

A copy of the draft order and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the order are available for inspection at the council officers, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Milton OX14 4SB between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am and 4:30pm on Friday, and are published on the council's web site at:
