To Whom It May Concern Karma Express Ltd hereby give notice that on 11 August 2022 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council, and the relevant authorities for a Variation to the Premises Licence at: Karma on the Beach, 40 Marine Parade, Worthing, BN11 10G

The licence currently authorises the sale of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises, the provision of regulated entertainment and sale of late night refreshment. Licensable activity Is currently permitted 10:00hrs to 00:00hrs (midnight) Monday - Saturday & 12:00hrs to 23:30hrs Sunday.

The application is seeking to vary the existing Licence to authorise:
Extension of the hours for the sale of alcohol on the premises, the provision of recorded music and the sale of late night refreshment on Thursday, Friday & Saturday to 02:00hrs of the following morning. The timings for alcohol off sales and the provision of live music & dancing are unaffected. All conditions on the licence remain in place.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000
