Winner Winner Ltd. does hereby give notice that on 12 August 2022 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council, and the relevant authorities for a new premises licence for a cafe known as: 'Cocks Kitchen' situated at: 98-100 Brighton Road, Worthing, BN11 2EN

The application is to allow the following Licensable activities:
Sale of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises: 10:00hrs to 22:30hrs Monday - Sunday incl.
Live Music & Recorded Music: 12:00hrs to 23:00hrs Monday - Sunday incl.
Opening to the Public: 08:00hrs to 23:00hrs Monday - Sunday incl.

Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to : The Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils, Portland House, Richmond Road, Worthing, BN11 1HS Or emailed to: licensing.unit@adur-worthing.gov.uk Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no later than: 09 September 2022

Information as to the date of any hearing required to determine the application may be obtained from the Adur & Worthing Councils' Licensing Unit.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000
